Compensation & Growth Path:

Base Salary: $30,000 USD / Annual

Performance Bonus: $1,000 USD per successfully hired and deployed technician (Target: 10 Technicians = $10,000 Bonus)

Clear Promotion Path: Upon successfully recruiting 10 technicians and effectively managing their field performance (LTP & QOS) and retention, you will be promoted to Lead Manager with a fixed salary of $40,000 USD / Annual.

We are a fast-growing, nationwide U.S. home services and appliance repair company based in the Southeastern United States. We operate at an extremely fast pace, prioritizing speed, extreme ownership, and operational excellence. We are currently building an elite team of Spanish-speaking field technicians and need a highly aggressive, detail-oriented Bilingual HR & TN Visa Specialist in Mexico to headhunt, onboard, and manage this workforce.

The Role:

This is not a standard recruiting job. You will be the architect and commander of our new Hispanic technician fleet. Your initial mission is to aggressively headhunt 10 highly skilled Mexican technicians currently working in the U.S. under TN Visas. Beyond sourcing, you will personally handle their I-129 visa transfer paperwork and ultimately transition into an Operations Coordinator role, managing their field performance and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Aggressive Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Boolean search, alumni networks (e.g., EXATEC), and private professional groups to scout Mexican technicians/engineers currently living in the U.S. Southeast (GA, AL, TN, etc.) on TN Visas.

TN Visa & I-129 Administration:



Take full ownership of the TN Visa Employer Transfer (I-129) process. Prepare, organize, and execute all necessary legal and employment documentation accurately without relying heavily on outside attorneys.

Onboarding & Compliance: Guide candidates smoothly through the transition, handling U.S. employment paperwork (I-9, W-4) and resolving any initial relocation or settlement hurdles.

Field Operations & Retention: Act as the primary bilingual bridge between U.S. HQ and the technicians. Track their Lead-to-Processing (LTP) speed and Quality of Service (QOS). Enforce strict KPIs, issue notices when necessary, and ensure zero turnover among high performers.

Key Requirements:

Language: Perfect fluency in both English and Spanish (Written and Verbal).

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in technical recruiting, headhunting, or HR management, preferably targeting engineering or field service roles.

Visa Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. employment onboarding and the TN Visa (I-129 Transfer) process is a massive advantage.

Traits: A relentless self-starter with high urgency. You must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where results are expected quickly. Excellent administrative skills with zero tolerance for paperwork errors.
