Compensation

Starting Salary Based on Experience

- MXN $18,000/month for candidates with previous Customer Service, Call Center, BPO, Telecom, or Voice Support experience.
- MXN $14,000/month for candidates with no prior experience.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound calls from U.S.-based customers.
- Assist with account inquiries, service questions, and billing concerns.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for telecom and service-related issues.
- Guide customers through simple solutions and service restoration steps.
- Discover customer needs through active listening.
- Help customers select solutions that deliver the best value.





Buscamos representantes bilingües para brindar soporte telefónico a clientes en Estados Unidos. Las responsabilidades incluyen atención al cliente, asistencia de cuentas, aclaraciones de facturación, soporte técnico básico y detección de oportunidades de venta y actualización de servicios.

Requisitos:

- Inglés avanzado (B2-C1).
- Experiencia en Customer Service, Call Center o BPO.
- Experiencia en ventas, telecomunicaciones o soporte técnico es una ventaja.
