The Performance Management Analyst will support consistent, timely, and accurate performance management across NOV GBS by:Consolidating and validating service and operational performance data from multiple sources.Supporting KPI and SLA management, reporting standards, and performance tracking.Developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting.Identifying trends, exceptions, data-quality issues, and potential performance risks.Supporting recurring governance processes and ensuring actions, decisions, escalations, and commitments are tracked through closure.Providing reliable performance information that enables leaders to understand service results and make informed decisions.
