Lead the commercial strategy and growth agenda for Mexico.
Drive
new business development and market expansion
.
Identify and develop new customers, applications and market opportunities.
Lead, coach and develop the commercial team.
Strengthen pipeline management, commercial discipline and CRM usage.
Build strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.
Partner closely with customers to understand technical needs and create long-term commercial opportunities.
Support future business development initiatives across LATAM.
Perfil buscado
Strong experience in




technical B2B sales and commercial leadership
.
Solid knowledge of the
polymers and plastics industry
.
Proven track record in
hunting, new business development and market creation
.
Experience leading, coaching and developing commercial teams.
Strong strategic thinking combined with a
hands-on and results-driven mindset
.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Leadership style that combines
high performance with a people-focused approach
.
Full professional proficiency in English
.
Nice to have
Experience working with
distributors or distribution channels

Previous commercial exposure across
Latin America
