Oversee clinical trial budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
Develop monitoring plans and tools to maintain study oversight effectiveness
Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates to optimize performance
Drive enrollment timelines and lead study start-up activities
Review monitoring reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans
Requirements
4+ years clinical trial management experience in pharmaceutical or sponsor-embedded settings
Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
Demonstrated experience managing cell therapy studies
Vendor management experience including budget oversight
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Experience leading teams and coaching other clinical trial managers
