Role Description
As PMO Coordinator, you will partner with business leadership and Project Management teams across the entire project lifecycle to improve results and create sustainable value for our customers through our solutions.
What You'll Do
Partner with business leaders to define Project Management priorities, set performance targets, and turn strategic goals into measurable results.
Drive the consistent implementation of corporate Project Management standards, ensuring alignment with internationally recognized PMI and IPMA frameworks.
Advance continuous improvement by evaluating processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing best practices across the organization.
Provide clear visibility into portfolio performance, resources, risks, and key data across the project lifecycle to support informed decision-making.
Represent business needs in corporate PMO initiatives and foster collaboration across functions and with key stakeholders.
Guide and develop PM professionals by fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and professional certification.
What You Bring
Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including risk, opportunity, and contract management.
Proven experience managing projects for external customers, including on-site project execution at customer facilities, with a strong focus on customer needs and successful delivery.
Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate across complex matrix organizations.
Excellent communication, active listening, consulting, and facilitation skills.
Strategic mindset with strong adaptability, entrepreneurial thinking, and change management capabilities.
Ability to build networks, develop PM communities, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Professional proficiency in English.




Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
A recognized Project Management certification, or equivalent experience and knowledge, is preferred.
At least seven years of experience in Project Management, ideally across multiple businesses.
Preferred Knowledge
Familiarity with ISO ****, ISO *****, and ISO ***** standards.
Awareness of information security standards, including ISO *****.
