? The Role You will own everything a customer reads and experiences after they find us: the website, lifecycle communication, email, and the positioning and messaging behind all of it.
The goal is simple.
More visitors become customers, and more customers come back.
This is an in-house role.
It depends on collecting and applying knowledge about our product, market and audience every week, which is why we are not outsourcing it.
