Johnson & Johnson seeks a Collaborative Planning Lead to drive supply chain planning strategy implementation across the DePuy Synthes distribution network in Mexico. The role focuses on deploying collaborative planning methodologies, strengthening distributor relationships, and optimizing operational performance across the orthopedic supply chain.
Responsibilities
Partner with commercial teams to implement and execute shared distributor management strategy
Lead relationships with strategic distributors and customers to identify adoption barriers and drive collaborative planning
Design and deploy tools, processes, and solutions to improve collaboration and execution maturity
Establish governance routines, performance metrics, and monitoring cadences with distributor partners
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaborative planning,



demand forecasting, and inventory management
Requirements
4–7 years supply planning, demand planning, S&OP;, or related experience
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or data analysis tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners
Experience implementing or deploying new business processes and tools
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and Microsoft Power Platform experience
