Profile: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field.
This is an entry-level opportunity; candidates with no prior experience in the role are welcome.
Relevant internships, academic projects, or extracurricular experience are a plus, but not required.

Job Qualifications Hard Skills: Foundational knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, automation, or a related field, gained through education, academic projects, internships, or equivalent experience.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing capabilities in project planning, cost estimation, risk management, and capital project execution.
Ability to organize information and prepare clear documentation using standard digital tools.
Familiarity with project management or manufacturing systems is not required; training will be provided.
