Shure is seeking an IT Support Analyst to assist with day-to-day IT support for end users globally, maintain SLAs, provide deskside support, and drive user training and adoption of new technologies.You will handle incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, support Windows and Mac OSX environments, participate in regional IT projects, and coordinate with vendors from Juarez sites.
Strong English, ITIL knowledge, and the ability to work adaptable hours are required.
