Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-impact Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of modern, web-based digital solutions within our Digital Technology organization.
This role is critical to orchestrating cross-functional, globally distributed teams and ensuring successful execution across multiple Agile teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.You will drive delivery for initiatives spanning eCommerce, middleware integrations, ERP, CRM, and product data platforms, leveraging strong expertise in Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to enable transparency, collaboration, and structured delivery execution.JOB DUTIESLead end-to-end program and project execution within a SAFe framework, coordinating multiple Agile teams across Program Increments (PIs)Drive planning and execution activities including PI Planning, sprint coordination, backlog alignment, and release managementHelp lead and facilitate Scrum of Scrums ceremonies to ensure effective cross-team coordination and alignmentConduct regular pulse-checks to identify roadblocksProactively manage and resolve cross-team dependenciesEnsure smooth integration of deliverables across squads toward shared product goalsUtilize Atlassian Jira for backlog tracking, sprint execution, reporting, and metrics visibilityLeverage Confluence for documentation, knowledge sharing, and program transparencyUtilize Microsoft Project for high-level planning, timeline management, and executive reporting where requiredManage and align cross-functional teams including:Shopify Web DevelopersShopify Custom App DevelopersMiddleware Engineers (Informatica, SAP CPI)React DevelopersQuality Assurance TeamsSAP ERP DevelopersSalesforce (SFDC) DevelopersProduct Information Management (PIM) Data Stewards and DevelopersEnsure delivery of high-quality digital products that meet business objectives, timelines, and budgetsTrack and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders and leadershipPrepare and deliver weekly status reports to senior and executive leadership, clearly articulating project health, key risks, mitigation plans, and dependenciesFacilitate collaboration across geographically dispersed teamsIdentify and remove delivery impediments while continuously improving team performancePartner with Product Owners, Architects,



and Business Stakeholders to translate strategy into executionDrive metrics-based reporting and dashboards using Jira and align with structured reporting outputs from Microsoft ProjectYOU MUST HAVE4+ years of project/program management experience in IT or Digital TechnologyStrong hands-on experience with:Atlassian Jira (advanced workflows, dashboards, reporting)Confluence (documentation, collaboration, knowledge management)Microsoft Project (planning, tracking, and executive-level reporting)Proven ability to manage and communicate project status across multiple tools and reporting structuresProven ability to communicate complex project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholdersDemonstrated experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums or multi-team Agile coordination in a SAFe environmentHands-on experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environmentProven experience managing multi-domain, cross-functional digital programsExperience working with globally distributed teamsStrong understanding of modern web technologies and enterprise system integrationsExcellent English Communication SkillsWE VALUEFamiliarity with middleware and integration platforms (Informatica, SAP CPI)Understanding of React or modern front-end frameworksKnowledge of QA processes, automation testing, and CI/CD pipelinesExceptional ability to influence and inform executive leadershipStrong facilitation and coordination skills across multiple Agile teams and domainsAbility to synthesize inputs from Jira and Microsoft Project into clear executive-level insightsAbility to simplify complex technical topics into actionable business updatesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentStrong organizational and prioritization skills with a data-driven mindsetDemonstrated ability to lead without authority across complex enterprise environmentsSAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent certificationCertified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or PMPWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUBenefits that go beyond Mexican labor law,
