As an OTC (Order-to-Cash) Analyst at Aptiv, you will play a key role in supporting collections activities for our North American customer portfolio and helping ensure strong cash collection performance.
Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will manage overdue balances, resolve financial and account discrepancies, prepare financial reports, support audit requirements, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and proactive professional looking to grow within a dynamic, collaborative, and integral environment.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollections & Customer Account ManagementManage collection activities for a portfolio of North American customersResolve customer financial inquiries and account-related issuesManage overdue payments through Collections Workflow systemsCommunicate with customers via phone, email, and other communication channelsReceive, investigate, and resolve discrepancies related to quantity, price, warranty, customer, freight, and other account mattersPrepare and distribute dunning letters and customer statementsAssist with matching payments receivedPlan, organize, and effectively manage the assigned account portfolioFinancial Reporting & ControlsPrepare required reports on time, including Past Due reports, forecasts, special invoices,



and other analysesEnsure relevant OTC transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable Accounting Policies and Local and US GAAP requirementsProvide required information and documentation for internal and external auditsEnsure established policies and procedures are followedMaintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial informationProcess Improvement & Knowledge ManagementIdentify and support continuous process improvement opportunitiesMaintain and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and desktop proceduresResolve process-related questions and provide support for improvement initiativesRecommend process changes to improve efficiency, including automation initiativesEscalate and follow up on issues through the Dispute Management workflowStakeholder Collaboration & PerformanceBuild effective working relationships with relevant business unitsMaintain Point of Contact (POC) relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, including SalesCollaborate and communicate effectively with other departmentsParticipate in and lead organized conference calls as neededSupport the AR Team LeaderAssist Team Leaders and Managers with key actions to maximize cash collectionEnsure key metrics are met and service is effectively delivered to end-user functionsDemonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to work with minimal supervisionYour BackgroundMinimum 1–2+ years of experience in OTC (Order-to-Cash) processesGood knowledge of SAPVery good command of the English language, both written and verbalStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
