We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and solid organizational capabilities to drive a large-scale platform modernization initiative.The primary objective is to support the migration of a legacy platform built on PHP/Yii 1 to a modern architecture based on Node.Js and React.This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, client collaboration, and delivery coordination.

You will help analyze the current system, support migration planning, and contribute to delivery execution across technical and business streams.Drive technical decisions and contribute to the target architecture for the modernized platformAnalyze the existing PHP and Yii 1 codebase and define practical migration approachesParticipate in hands on development using Node.Js and ReactDesign and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and platform integrationsProvide technical guidance to developers and support resolution of complex technical challengesEnsure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to engineering best practicesAct as the primary technical point of contact for the clientTranslate business needs into well defined technical tasks and actionable backlog itemsOwn technical backlog preparation, refinement,
