is currently hiring for the position of Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSA).
In this role, the Bilingual CSA will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving customer issues or complaints.
The Bilingual CSA will communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers.
The Bilingual CSA will maintain accurate customer records, update account information, and escalates complex cases to the appropriate team members as needed.
The Bilingual CSA will ensure a positive customer experience and strive to achieve customer satisfaction.
