Supervisor provides leadership and supervisory responsibility for medium-sized operational/administrative team(s)) of clerical/support employees.
Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area and a basic knowledge of other areas in order to understand how they relate to own area.

Including duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesThis role will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of Citi by interacting with multiple businesses across the enterpriseThis role will leverage subject matter expertise, whether that is physical security and safety, crisis management, security technology, event security/logistics or vendor managementResponsible for the daily management of security functions at the Citi facility or Citi occupied property assigned to by the Area Security Manager.Direct and oversee security and safety activities of site security staff.
Enact supervision and management in an effort to safeguard premises and employees against risk of unauthorized entry, fire, theft, vandalism, and opportunities for criminal activities.Assist security staff in enforcing security rules and safety standards and review security-related problems and ensure that appropriate measures to correct procedures in effort to reduce risk and exposure to riskIn consultation with Area Security Manager, elevate serious infractions to site management for further review and action.Assist Area Security manager with training, Operational readiness exercises and ensure that security personnel are well practiced and rehearsed in the execution of security operations, drills, assignments and the day- to-day functioning of security systems.Report any issues with CSIS systems and equipment to ensure a state of perpetual readiness enough to meet or surpass requirements of both internal and/or external audits.Manage contingent and contract staff at various Citi facilities, sites and branchesClearly and concisely brief management on ongoing major security matters and does so in a professional mannerAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices,
