As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruitment Assistant partners with Recruiters/Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs, develop and implement proactive, innovative sourcing strategies for critical, difficult and visible vacancies.
The Recruitment Assistant will strategically source active and passive talent, assess and select qualified talent to be referred as candidates for open searches including networking and cultivating a talent pipeline.Primary Responsibilities:Work in close partnership with members of the Talent team to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates for open positionsInteract with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.G.
