The incumbent will review quotes/contracts, compile and organize amounts owed from accessorial charges, process documentation, maintain accurate records, monitor detention events, and prepare invoices.
Work routines are generally well-defined, and guidance is readily available to support task completion.
This position is with Hunt Mexicana, S.A. de C.V.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with the internal and external customers to collect documentation for invoicing, inputting, and processing transactions into customer billing systemsReview, validate, dispute, and process carrier invoices, ensuring timely disbursement of payments in compliance with company polices and contractual termsPrepare customer billing information and verify any changes to support accurate and efficient billing process and financial closeServe as a point of contact for both internal teams and external contacts (customers and carriers) for inquiries and/or concerns regarding accessorial billing processes, notifications, billing issues, etc.
; identify root cause andsolutions to issuesUnderstand contract implications and implement invoicing in compliance with customers' needsDistribute and track outgoing correspondence to external customers for return compliance and authorizationWork with internal teams to improve processes, discuss action plans, review contractual changes, and achieve organizational/department/team objectivesUnderstand and execute administrative procedures, policies, and practicesQualificationsMinimum QualificationsMust be legally entitled to work in MexicoHigh school diploma with 1-2 years of carrier payable, customer invoicing, transportation/logistics,



or relevant experienceBilingual in English/Spanish AND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiencesAbility to process information with high levels of accuracyAbility to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas through various mediums, including over the phoneProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Preferred QualificationsAssociate's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field with 1-2 years of carrier payable, customer invoicing, transportation/logistics, or relevant experience, and/or military equivalentAbility to provide a quality of service that customers describe as excellentAbility to use time and resources efficiently and effectivelyAbility to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of approaches and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving operations or process problemsAbility to maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult individualsAbility to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the businessThis position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.CompensationFactors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
