Key responsibilities in your new roleServe as the primary contact for business contract inquiries before and after agreements are signedManage contract projects with customers,
distributors and partners worldwideDevelop negotiation strategies with cross-functional teams and lead contract negotiations and customer meetingsAdvise business and sales teams on negotiation progress and contract mattersIdentify, assess and communicate contract risks with relevant internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycleYour profileYou communicate clearly, bring different perspectives together and work toward practical solutions in complex discussionsQualifications and skills to help you succeedMandatory: Knowledge of contract management and relevant education or experience in economics, project management or a related fieldMandatory: Ability to lead contract negotiations and work toward agreements with diverse stakeholdersMandatory: Ability to assess and communicate risks involving business, technical and legal mattersMandatory: Presentation and problem-solving skills with a clear business focusMandatory: Fluent written and spoken EnglishWe welcome applicants for who they are and offer a workplace built on trust, openness, respect and equal opportunity.
