TechOp Solutions is seeking Call Center Representatives is looking for experienced call center professionals to support our government client, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of professionalism.Duties:Answer and track incoming callsPrepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systemsEngage and interview callers in a dynamic environment, applying critical-thinking skills and sound judgment beyond established scripts and decision treesNavigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously while accurately documenting and maintaining informationAccurately record all details in accordance with proceduresConduct database and open-source researchRoute and elevate calls appropriatelyOther duties, as assigned3 +years experience in a call centerHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredProven ability to multitask simultaneously communicating and inputting dataStrong written and verbal communication skillsWork independently, manage assigned responsibilities,
