Serve as the primary
Finance Business Partner
to
plant leadership
and
manufacturing operations
.
Own the financial performance of the site
, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
Translate financial data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Partner with Operations to identify productivity improvements,
cost-saving initiatives
, and efficiency opportunities.
Challenge and influence decision-making
through financial analysis and business acumen.
Lead monthly financial reviews, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate with shared services and cross-functional teams
to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.




Support strategic planning, capital investment analysis, and operational improvement initiatives.
Ensure strong financial controls and governance processes.
Lead and develop
a small finance team.
Perfil buscado
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
6-10 years of progressive Finance experience within manufacturing environments
.
Proven leadership experience in
Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Lead, Cost Accounting Manager, Operations Finance, or Manufacturing Finance
roles.
Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance management.
Strong business partnering skills and the ability to influence operational decision-making.
Advanced English communication skills
.
SAP experience required
; Tableau is a plus.
Executive presence and leadership capabilities to operate as a trusted partner to Plant Leadership.
