Responsibilities
Design and develop test strategies, test plans, quality metrics, and comprehensive automated testing solutions.
Develop, extend, and document automated test cases for software applications.
Analyze applications to identify automation opportunities and manage test requirement coverage.
Drive adoption of engineering quality, test health, and release-readiness metrics and dashboards.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and project managers to define quality requirements and execute test plans.
Resolve technical issues related to identity and access platform components.
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional software development or engineering experience using object-oriented frameworks and web technologies.
At least 1 year of experience developing test automation for software applications.
Expertise with Selenium, Playwright, or comparable end-to-end test automation frameworks.




Experience with frontend testing using Blazor or React and backend testing using C# and .NET.
Experience with manual and automated API and UI testing.
Experience developing and maintaining continuous integration and test pipeline tools such as Docker and Jenkins.
Experience with tools including JIRA, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, Visual Studio IDE, Git, SOAP UI, or Postman.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across remote teams and integral organizations.
Preferred: knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.
Preferred: experience with cybersecurity principles, risk management, access controls, and secure coding practices.
