Instructure, Inc. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to work with HiEd customers for Parchment. This role focuses on retention, expansion, and strong relationship building, with USA hours (8am-5pm/9am-6pm/10am-7pm US time).
You will manage 200–250 accounts, support renewals with the renewal team, and drive cross-selling while delivering high-value, consultative engagements. Travel may be required for events and conferences.
