Kellanova is seeking a CIPO Head at the Querétaro plant to lead Continuous Improvement and Productivity initiatives. You will drive the CI strategy, deploy the plant operating system, and ensure measurable improvements in safety, quality, service, cost, waste, and reliability.
You will guide cross-functional teams, manage the productivity pipeline with Finance, and develop CI capabilities across the organization, reporting to the Supply Chain leadership at the Querétaro facility.
