What will your functions be?

- Mantener comunicación con los clientes del producto terrestre para brindarles la visibilidad de las operaciones que se encuentren curso durante los turnos fuera de horario de oficina.
- Mantener comunicación con los proveedores terrestres para conocer el estatus en tiempo y forma de cada operación.
- Enviar los documentos necesarios para que se pueda llevar a cabo / completar una operación terrestre (por ejemplo: CCP, Maniobras, datos faltantes, CI, datos de unidades, etc.), cuidando que sea en tiempo y forma para evitar atrasos y errores en el proceso.
- Reportar cualquier desvío o siniestro que presenten las unidades bajo su coordinación en turno, evitando se comparta la información fuera de tiempo.

What are we looking for?

- Se requiere experiencia de 2 años en monitoreo de unidades, protocolos de seguridad en ruta a clientes.
- Experiencia de 2 años en plataformas de GPS en protocolos.
- Seguimiento de aproximadamente 15 operaciones simultaneas, experiencia en paquetería Office, se requiere experiencia en temas administrativos como reportes, facturas, extra costos.
