Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the Group's IT operations, infrastructure, and technology services.
- Formulate and implement IT strategies that support business objectives.
- Oversee IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, data protection, and infrastructure.
- Enhance system performance through automation, digital transformation, and process improvements.
- Manage IT projects, system deployments, and technology upgrades.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and external technology partnerships.
- Develop IT policies, security controls, and business continuity frameworks.
- Guide, mentor, and develop the IT team to strengthen overall capabilities.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs.

RequirementsRequirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of IT experience, including 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee IT projects, vendor relationships, and budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Experience managing IT operations across multiple sites or outlets will be an added advantage.
