**Resumen** This role leads production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and operational KPIs in a maquiladora manufacturing environment. **Responsabilidades** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Support daily production operations to ensure compliance with production schedules and delivery commitments. + Supervise and coordinate Sheet Metal manufacturing processes including fabrication, punching, bending, welding, grinding, assembly, and finishing operations. + Monitor production efficiency, scrap reduction, downtime, labor utilization, and overall operational performance. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. + Lead production supervisors, group leaders, and hourly personnel to achieve operational goals. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization. + Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved. + Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS departments to support manufacturing objectives. + Ensure proper staffing levels, workforce planning, training,



and employee development. + Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives. + Monitor inventory accuracy, material flow, and work-in-process (WIP) levels. + Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions related to production or quality issues. + Support new product launches and process validations within the Sheet Metal operation. + Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal manufacturing procedures. + Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement. **Qualifications** **Education** + Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred. **Experience** + Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing operations within a maquiladora environment. + Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within Sheet Metal manufacturing. + Experience with fabrication processes, welding operations, assembly, and metal forming preferred. **Rango salarial** 487,173.26 REQ-154721
