Job Title: Clinical Psychologist (Hybrid – Monterrey, NL)

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (Hybrid setup: Remote / On-site as needed)

Compensation: $1,000 USD / month

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist based in Monterrey, Mexico, to join our mental health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic care through individual one-on-one sessions and conduct clinical psychological assessments.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to work primarily from home while attending scheduled on-site days in Monterrey for client assessments, team collaboration, or specific clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual (1-on-1) therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Administer, score, and provide technical interpretations for Onsite NOM-035 assessments, including:

- Separate Spanish detailed reports and actionable recommendations with corresponding assessment documentation.
- An English executive summary, when required.




- Develop tailored treatment plans and maintain precise, confidential client records.
- Seamlessly transition between remote therapy sessions and scheduled on-site clinic appointments in Monterrey.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Licenciatura en Psicología) with an active professional license (Cédula Profesional). A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience performing psychotherapy and psychological testing.
- Location: Must currently reside in or near Monterrey, Actual León, with the ability to commute on-site on designated days.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, active listening, structured assessment capabilities, and self-management for a hybrid remote routine.
- Language: Professional fluency in Spanish and Basic English.

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work-from-Home with periodic required on-site presence in Monterrey).
- Salary: $1,000 USD monthly stipend.
