Backblaze is seeking a Systems Administrator/SRE to serve as the first line of defense for customer-impacting technical issues and to lead real-time incident resolution across our storage pods.
You will monitor Zabbix, Grafana, and Opensearch alerts, perform remediation steps, manage on-going deployments with Jenkins, and collaborate with Data Center Teams on hardware replacement, migrations, and health checks to ensure reliable operations.
