We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to join an established client engineering team. This role focuses on extending and customizing Dynamics 365 Sales through hands-on development, integrations, and solution delivery across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has strong experience building enterprise solutions with C#/.NET, developing Dynamics 365 plug-ins, custom workflow activities, Power Platform solutions, and integrating D365 with external systems using Azure services.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support custom solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Build and maintain Dynamics 365 plug-ins and custom workflow activities using C# and .NET.
- Develop client-side extensions and customizations using JavaScript and related web technologies.
- Create and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems through Azure Functions, App Services, and REST APIs.
- Work extensively with Dataverse, including entity design, relationships, data modeling, and security.
- Develop solutions using Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Manage source control, deployment pipelines, and environment promotion processes using Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Work closely with client stakeholders and development teams to design and implement scalable business solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM development.
- Deep expertise in C# and .NET development.
- Hands-on experience developing Dynamics 365 Plug-ins and Custom Workflow Activities.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and web-based customizations.
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and its standard entities, relationships,



and business processes.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience developing Azure Functions and Azure App Services.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Power Platform solution deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security models and best practices.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications.
- Familiarity with modern cloud architecture patterns within Microsoft Azure.
