Confie is seeking a Workforce Management Planner/Scheduler to analyze historical call patterns, forecast volumes, and optimize staffing to sustain service levels.
You will develop schedules, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver daily and LT/ST performance reports.We require prior WFM experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau.
Applicants must reside in Mexico City or Tijuana to be considered.Knowledge of scheduling systems is a plus.
