Position Summary As aStrategy & Operations Consultant to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives for U. S.-based healthcare clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations. What You'll Do: Conduct financial, operational, and performance analyses toidentifyimprovement opportunities. Develop analytical models and apply consulting frameworks (MECE, hypothesis-driven thinking,issuetrees). Participate in end-to-end transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation.



Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports in English. Translate data insights into strategic recommendations. Manage deliverables, progress tracking, and workstream coordination. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Mexico and the U. S. Maintaina high levelof ownership, accountability, and professional ethics. Who You Are: Education & Experience: 2-3 years in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or related roles Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analysis Strong analytical skills + advanced Excel Excellent communication & storytelling (English C1+) Structured thought process and strong ownership mindset.
