Build LLM-powered applications and GenAI features
Work hands-on with open-source models such as Qwen, including tuning and customization
Develop internal tools and capabilities around LLMs
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing applications and systems, not just greenfield projects
Partner with data science and engineering teams to take ideas from experimentation to production
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate delivery
What You’ll Bring
Experience with Qwen or similar open-source LLMs
Experience building and/or tuning LLMs and GenAI applications with modern AI tooling
Strong software engineering and integration skills
A hybrid data scientist and engineer mindset, comfortable with both modeling and hands-on development
Experience across the full development lifecycle
Nice to have: fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA/QLoRA, RAG and vector databases, and deploying and serving LLMs in production (e.g., vLLM, Hugging Face ecosystem)
