You’ll wear many hats, have a real seat at the table, and the work you do will actually be seen. If you need a rigid playbook, this isn’t it. If you want to build something from scratch and put your fingerprints all over it, welcome home.

THE ROLE
You’ll design the creative behind Poco Bero’s paid ads, email marketing, and brand — from the static ad in someone’s feed to the video that makes them hungry. You’ll bring your own creative direction and work side by side with our marketing and operations team on campaign goals, timelines, and brand fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Design static ads for paid social and digital advertising — 10 static ads per product, every month

Edit video ads and short-form content that stops the scroll

Design email campaigns and automated flow emails

Create brand and marketing collateral — product photo composites, packaging mockups, and presentations

Keep every asset on-brand — logo, colors, and typography, every time

Make the creative call when direction is open-ended — and flag what’s missing with a recommended path forward





Join creative briefings and planning with the marketing and operations team

Work with photographers, copywriters, and content creators to get projects over the line

Deliver final files plus layered source files, and keep the asset library organized

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A strong portfolio — ads, social, and email design front and center

A solid grip on design fundamentals — layout, typography, color, and hierarchy

Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator

Video editing skills — Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar

Huge plus: Experience creating content for CPG brands, especially food & beverage

A creative eye — you know what looks good and what performs

Reliable on deadlines, and clear when you need something

Startup mindset — you adapt fast, don’t wait to be told, and don’t crack under ambiguity

Comfortable working in English with a US-based team

NICE TO HAVE

Motion graphics experience

Figma experience

AI creative tools as part of your workflow

Food photography or styling eye

Experience with Meta or TikTok ad formats
