- +3 years in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, process engineering
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, SPC, and problem-solving tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Prevention and continuous-improvement mindset
- Red X, Six Sigma minimum Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Bilingual Spanish – English
- As a must, experience in SMT and electronic manufacturing product
