You will lead a globally distributed team of designers, photographers, copywriters, and content producers, setting the bar for how AvantStay looks, sounds, and feels in every guest journey.
You will drive a social-first strategy, create assets for OTAs and direct channels, and lead seasonal campaigns from concept through delivery, leveraging AI responsibly to scale output
