We are looking for a Collab Manager in Mexico to join Collabify. We want someone organized, proactive, and a strong communicator to run UGC and influencer marketing campaigns.

You will be the dedicated account executive for a new fintech client: you will run their creator campaigns end to end and be their point of contact at Collabify.

What you will do

- Scout and select creators aligned with each campaign's goals and briefs
- Run UGC and influencer campaigns end to end: kickoff, follow-up, deliverables, revisions, publishing, and close
- Stay in direct contact with creators and influencers
- Write and refine clear, actionable briefs
- Review content and give creators feedback so brand guidelines are met
- Communicate with clients and keep them updated
- Prepare progress, results, learnings, and recommendation reports




- Unblock issues that come up while a campaign is running

What we look for

- Prior experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator marketing, digital agencies, or project management is a plus
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle several campaigns, creators, and deadlines at once
- Clear communication, reliable follow-up, and comfort solving problems
- Ability to write briefs and give creators useful feedback
- Results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup
- Fintech experience is a big plus
