Volcanix Automation is seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing North American operations on a remote basis. This hands-on role covers employee lifecycle management, HR administration, immigration, benefits and compensation, and other key HR initiatives.
The successful candidate will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain BambooHR records, assist with visa processes, and act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers across the USA and Canada.
