Role Description The Supplier Quality Assurance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Colón, QUE. This role is responsible for evaluating and monitoring supplier performance to ensure materials and components meet Vibracoustic’s quality standards and customer requirements. Day-to-day activities include conducting supplier audits, reviewing quality documentation, analyzing nonconformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with suppliers. The role also involves collaborating closely with purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align specifications, resolve quality issues,



and support new product launches. The Supplier Quality Assurance professional will prepare reports, maintain quality records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Supplier Evaluation and supplier performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to maintain robust quality systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control for inspection, testing, and verification of incoming materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to plan, execute, and follow up on supplier audits.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments, preferably in supplier quality or similar roles.
• Knowledge of quality standards and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, control plans).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using quality and data analysis software tools; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel to supplier locations as needed.
