About the Role
We’re looking for a Middle Full Stack Developer to help build and enhance an enterprise cloud platform supporting healthcare users. You’ll develop responsive web applications, build Java back end services, and contribute to architecture decisions while collaborating with engineering, product, design, QA, and release management teams. What You’ll Do
• Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.
• Translate wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces in partnership with product managers and designers.
• Develop Java back end components that connect user interfaces with services and data layers.
• Contribute to software architecture and the delivery of reliable, scalable cloud applications.
• Participate in requirements discussions, design reviews, development, testing, and releases.
• Incorporate agentic AI into the product development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives.
• Explore and apply emerging cloud technologies and engineering practices. What You’ll Bring




• 4-8 years of full stack software engineering experience building enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience developing Java web applications and services.
• Proficiency in front end development with React.
• Knowledge of SaaS architectures, gRPC, and the OpenAPI specification.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience applying agentic AI tools or workflows in software development.
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring developers and driving engineering initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects with limited guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners.
