International E-commerce Logistics Manager We are looking for an experienced logistics professional to lead and optimize international logistics operations between Mexico and the United States. ? The Mission Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and compliance across multiple e-commerce channels. What You'll Own
• Optimize transportation costs, routes, freight rates, and carrier performance.
• Manage inventory accuracy across e-commerce marketplaces and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Monitor inventory levels, stock coverage, turnover, and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace logistics requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with distribution centers and logistics partners.
• Monitor warehouse and 3PL performance.
• Audit freight, warehouse, and marketplace invoices to identify and recover incorrect charges.
• Coordinate import/export operations with customs brokers.
• Develop returns and reverse logistics processes.
• Support logistics implementation for new sales channels and fulfillment centers.
• Develop KPI dashboards covering OTIF, inventory accuracy,



days on hand (DOH), cost per unit, and returns. What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or finished-goods warehousing, preferably in e-commerce.
• Experience managing multichannel inventory, U.
S. marketplaces, and 3PL partners.
• Knowledge of U.
S.–Mexico international trade, customs, and transportation processes.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and logistics integration platforms. NetSuite is a plus.
• Proven results in logistics cost reduction and operational KPI improvement.
