We’re Hiring: Culture & Organizational Development Analyst At Santamarina + Steta, we are looking for talent eager to contribute to the development of our organizational culture, enhance the employee experience, and drive initiatives that strengthen our team. What will be your objective? To implement and follow up on internal communications, training, culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Firm’s priorities. What will your main responsibilities be?
• Design and coordinate internal communication strategies and campaigns for our employees.
• Coordinate training programs, including logistics, invitations, materials, follow-up, and results evaluation.
• Participate in organizing events and initiatives focused on culture and well-being.
• Monitor the Annual DEI Action Plan and initiatives related to equity and inclusion.
• Design and implement sustainability and governance initiatives.
• Coordinate Human Resources projects across our offices to promote a comprehensive employee experience.



What are we looking for? An organized, proactive, creative, and results-oriented individual with strong communication, planning, and project coordination skills, as well as a genuine interest in organizational culture and people development.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related position.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus.
