The mission Lead the transformation of Quality and Food Safety across our operation. You’ll raise standards, build capability in your team, and set up a plant that’s ready for the next stage of growth, working shoulder to shoulder with Production to build a preventive, continuous‑improvement culture. What you’ll own ? Quality & Food Safety strategy for the entire operation ? Food safety and quality management systems: HACCP, GMP/PRPs and food safety programs ? Regulatory, standards and customer compliance ? Internal, external, customer and regulatory audits, start to finish ? Deviations, CAPA, root cause analysis and non‑conforming product ? Specifications for raw materials,



processes and finished goods ? Supplier and co‑manufacturer evaluation and development ? Cross‑functional partnership with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D; and corporate teams ? Leading and growing a high‑performing technical team ? Continuous‑improvement initiatives that cut waste, rework, rejections, complaints and cost of poor quality What you bring ✅ Degree in Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QFB), Biochemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or a related field ✅ 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ in Quality/Food Safety in food manufacturing ✅ Hands‑on experience leading technical teams and working directly with Production ✅ Strong command of HACCP, FSSC 22000, PCQI, GMP/PRPs, CAPA, Food Defense, Food Fraud and root cause analysis ✅ Experience with management systems, audits, supplier management and non‑conforming product ✅ English: B2 or higher ⭐ Must have: proven experience with AAA customer audits and international food safety schemes (GFSI) Why this role matters ?
