Software Engineer FullStack Senior Technical

Skills:
• Full-stack development with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and modern web frameworks
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and enterprise knowledge management
• API design and integration using REST, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures
• AI application development using Claude Code, Anthropic APIs, and agent-based architectures
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft Graph integration
• Jira Service Management integration and workflow automation
• Enterprise search, document indexing, and content ingestion pipelines
• Data integration across structured and unstructured sources (SharePoint, Confluence, databases, file repositories, etc.)
• Cloud platform experience (preferably Azure) including security, authentication, and application deployment
• Strong software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD, testing,



monitoring, and observability Responsabilities: Develop and suppport the new AI application for:
• Add support for Technology, Compliance, Communications, and other teams as the platform expands.
• Continue improving the overall employee experience by reducing the time it takes to find answers and get support.
• Build new capabilities and services on top of the platform as additional use cases are identified.
• Help employees find forms, resources, policies, and process information without jumping between multiple sites.
