About the role
Hirably is hiring a Sales BDC Representative to work with a US company that runs BDC services for car dealerships across the United States. You’ll be the dealership’s first contact with people interested in buying a car. You’ll answer new internet and phone leads fast, follow up with buyers who went quiet and book quality sales appointments. This position is 100% remote, working from Mexico. What you’ll do
• Handle inbound phone, email and chat leads, at least 50 a day when on an inbound queue.
• Make 120–150 outbound calls a day (15–19 an hour), plus texts and emails to keep leads moving.
• Qualify buyers on vehicle interest, budget and timing,



and handle objections like “I’m just looking.”
• Book about 100 quality appointments a month with a strong show rate.
• Follow the dealership call process on every call and log every interaction in the CRM in real time. Required (all of these)
• 1+ year of direct automotive experience in a dealership BDC, internet sales, car sales, or a BDC agency serving US dealerships.
• Native-level or near-native English (C2). Your customers include buyers across the US Midwest, who need to understand you effortlessly on the first try.
• Experience working with daily phone metrics such as dials, appointments set and show rate.
• Hands-on use of an automotive CRM such as DriveCentric, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, CDK or Elead.
• Availability to work full time on US hours. Compensation
• Payroll: MX$19,900 – $23,900/month
• Direct Contractor: MX$25,000 – $30,000/month
• Equipment provided.
