We are looking for a React Native Architect (We are not looking for React developers with mobile development experience or someone who has worked on React Native and manager skills.) Must have: Must-Have Requirements
• 8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must demonstrate recent, hands-on React Native experience building and shipping production applications.
• Demonstrated architect-level depth in React Native, including sound understanding of React fundamentals, component and state design, and performance.
• Prior experience as a technical lead (or equivalent), including ownership of governance, standards, and delivery. Senior-level individual contributor experience alone is not sufficient.
• Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience sufficient to build and troubleshoot native modules and platform integrations.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript expertise.
• Proven experience building and automating deployment pipelines.
• Practical experience implementing state management solutions.




• Ability to write working, well-structured code and complete a hands-on technical assessment.
• Ability to clearly structure, explain, and defend technical reasoning to engineers and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading and mentoring remote engineering teams across time zones.
• Available to work US Mountain Time zone hours. Nice-to-Have
• Experience writing bridge code (Kotlin or Swift native modules)
• Published NPM packages or open-source contributions
• Public GitHub repositories or a portfolio demonstrating code quality
• Hands-on React Native performance optimization experience
• Mobile testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium)
