LATAM (Remote) Why this role exists This is a build-and-lead role. You’ll own SEO and AEO hands-on while hiring, managing, and developing the team that supports the function. At first, you’ll spend significant time setting the strategy, improving execution, and doing the work yourself. As the team grows, including the Sr. SEO Copywriter and future SEO hires, you’ll take on more coaching, delegation, quality management, and team development while continuing to contribute directly as a hands-on player. Your work will help more of the right people discover Viva at the exact moment they are ready to act: U.

• Lead and develop the SEO team. Hire, onboard, set priorities, clarify ownership, delegate effectively, coach team members, review output, manage performance, and build a high-performing SEO function.
• Report performance clearly. Connect rankings, organic traffic, conversions, AI visibility, and business results; explain what happened, why it happened, and what to do next. Requirements
