Customer Service Junior Provide timely support and follow-up to customers, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of requirements related to warehouse operations, billing, and logistics activities, while maintaining a strong customer service mindset and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries, requests, and service requirements.
• Provide quick and effective solutions to operational issues and customer needs.
• Support and monitor billing processes, validating information related to services provided.
• Review and manage warehouse operational information, including pallet control, inventory management (I&O;),



inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, and other internal departments to provide timely responses to customer requests.
• Track shipments and logistics movements, primarily related to ocean freight transportation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and documentation.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams until resolution.
• Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with both internal and external customers. Candidate Profile
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or related areas.
• Knowledge of billing processes and service invoicing.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, including pallet management, inventory control, and inbound/outbound processes (IB/OB).
• Basic knowledge of IMMEX programs and/or import processes is desirable.
• Experience or familiarity with ocean shipment tracking is a plus.
• Conversational English required (regular interaction and calls with teams in the U.
S. and Asia).
