EPOC Property Management is a fast-growing U.
S. property management company. We manage 550+ single-family homes across three markets, and we run on technology rather than legacy processes. We're looking for a Senior Accounting Manager in Latin America to own our accounting function end to end. That covers corporate financials, trust accounting, and leading the team that keeps it all audit-ready. This is a strategic, hands-on role with direct access to leadership. You'll report to our Head of Management, present financials to our Founder, and help shape how we scale.

What you'll do
• Lead corporate accounting: oversee the general ledger, month-end close, cash management, intercompany transactions, and internal controls. Present monthly financials and variance analyses to leadership.
• Own trust accounting compliance: review and approve property-level entries, reconcile trust bank accounts, audit owner statements and management fees, and make sure owner distributions go out on time every month.
• Run payables and receivables: manage the weekly payables cycle, bill and collect management, leasing, and ancillary fees, and reconcile all bank and credit card activity.
• Drive compliance and reporting: prepare 1099s, support annual tax filings, and coordinate with external CPAs and auditors.
• Build and lead the team: manage the accounting team through monthly 1:1s and KPI-based reviews, maintain SOPs,



and make sure every critical process has a backup owner.
• Support strategy: contribute to cash flow forecasting, KPI reporting, and strategic planning. What you bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA, Contador Público Certificado, or equivalent is a plus.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in property management or real estate accounting preferred.
• Solid knowledge of U.
S. trust accounting.
• Experience with Rentvine or a similar property management system (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, etc.).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong bank reconciliation and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced written and spoken English, since you'll work daily with a U.
S. team.
• Availability to work U.
S. business hours (US Central Time).
• Comfort working as an independent contractor, including handling your own invoicing and local tax obligations.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage competing priorities on your own.
