International logistics company is seeking candidates for the position of Accounts Payable Executive

Location: Reforma Area, Mexico City

100% On-site

Salary Range: $30,000 – $35,000 MXN per month (gross), depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring the timely receipt, validation, and recording of domestic and international invoices.
- Maintain clear, respectful, and proactive communication with global suppliers, resolving discrepancies and strengthening business relationships.
- Perform bank and supplier account reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare weekly cash flow and aging balance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate on monthly and annual closings, assisting with internal and external audit processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to reduce the operational workload and create a smoother, less stressful work environment for the team.

What Do We Need From You? (Requirements)

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (degree holder).
- 2 to 4 years of verifiable experience in positions related to accounts payable management.
- Language: Advanced English (B2/C1) is essential (reading,



writing, and speaking) for daily interaction with suppliers and international teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and solid experience working with ERP systems
- Interpersonal Skills: Integrity, attention to detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine commitment to service and teamwork.
