Hiring customer-focused representatives for telecom voice support to assist US customers with Account queries, Billing concerns, Account assistance, Basic technical troubleshooting and identify suitable sales or upgrade opportunities.

LOCATION

Fully On-site role at Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco – near Arena Ciudad de México

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

- Base salary: $14,000 – $18,000 MXN before taxes (depending on experience)

SCHEDULE

- Training: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | 8 weeks
- 8-hour shifts within operating hours (6:00 am - 6:30 pm) | 1-hour lunch break
- Monday to Saturday | 2 days OFF: Sunday OFF + another day in the week

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

- Handle inbound telecom voice support for service concerns, billing queries, general inquiries, account assistance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with details pertaining to Plan, service features, billing explanation, payment-related queries,



and resolution as per process guidelines.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, add-ons, upgrades, or service options as per sales and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain call quality, response accuracy, sales focus, documentation, and ownership of customer experience.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team while keeping customers informed.

REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)

- High school education completed: certificate or diploma
- Advanced English (B2+ fluent)
- Comfortable speaking 100% in English
- Basic computer skills
- Complete documentation
- Availability for on-site work
